GCAAR has announced its 2026 Recognition Award winners!
Each year, GCAAR recognizes our primary REALTOR® members' hard work in the previous year with our annual Recognition Awards. Applications are closed for the team Recognition Awards and the Pathways Award. No application is required for individuals to qualify for the individual Recognition Awards.
We’ll recognize our winners at a celebratory reception on Thursday, March 5. Visit the links below to view the full list of winners, signing up for the reception and details about the awards process, eligibility and applications.
*Note: Awards are given for residential sales only. Rentals, commercial listings and other non-residential sales transactions do not count toward transaction totals.
