In the first quarter of each year, the GCAAR Recognition Awards recognize primary REALTOR^® members’ hard work based on their transactions in the previous year.

Based on your feedback, we’ve re-worked our Recognition Award thresholds – and we want to share them early so that you can plan ahead! 

The new thresholds are effective starting with all 2026 transactions and will be used to recognize qualifying agents at our March 2027 awards event, and will continue in the foreseeable future to create year-over-year consistency in the Recognition Awards program.

Additionally, starting next year, GCAAR’s Annual Award nominations will happen alongside the Recognition Awards process, and all will be celebrated together at the 2027 GCAAR Awards & Showcase event in March.
