Our professional development seminars, offered both in-person and virtually, are designed to help you expand your knowledge on specific topics within the real estate industry - at no cost to you, as a GCAAR member.
GCAAR produces regular publications that inform and support members, including our bi-weekly email newsletter, Newsline; and Real Advocacy, our monthly legislative update email, and monthly education and event updates.
Tools & resources
Attorney affiliates may access GCAAR contract forms through our website, as well as through zipForm®. Note that GCAAR attorney affiliates agree to use GCAAR’s forms solely when they are working on transactions involving GCAAR REALTORS®.
An affiliate who is licensed as an appraiser, home inspector, pest inspector or radon inspector may obtain SentriLock services through GCAAR. Contact our Member Services team to set up SentriKey® app access.
Committees & networking
GCAAR affiliate members have many opportunities to get involved with GCAAR and support other professionals in our community, primarily through volunteering on committees and attending GCAAR’s community service and networking events.
Partnership & sponsorship opportunities
Marketing your company can feel like a full-time job in and of itself, so GCAAR offers marketing opportunities to help ease some of that work. Affiliates have an opportunity to sign on as annual partners or event sponsors, with benefits that can help you get the word out about your business in front of our REALTOR® members.
