The August 2025 release involves 26 forms, which includes two new forms and 24 updated forms, along with nine checklists that have been updated to correspond with the forms. You can see the explanation of changes, as well as the new forms, on the forms page of this site. Note you'll need to log in and agree to the terms of service in order to view the documents.
